"summary": "Regression after email hardening in /app/backend/email_service.py (explicit from+replyTo=connect@aviokan.com, send_graph_mail retry-once with 1.5s backoff, personalized ack subjects 'Thank you for your enquiry, {name}' + 'We received your application, {name}', attachment name 'Aviokan_Technologies_Company_Profile_2026.pdf' for BOTH contact and career paths). All pytest 18/18 green incl. test_enquiry_acknowledgement_sent and test_application_create_with_resume_and_ack — both return acknowledgement_sent=true (live Microsoft Graph 202s observed). Backend log /var/log/supervisor/backend.err.log shows 16 HTTP/1.1 202 Accepted lines across the test run (2 per submission: internal + visitor ack), zero Graph errors / zero retry triggers. End-to-end UI test on /contact: filled form via data-testid selectors, POST /api/enquiries returned 200 with success state 'our company profile (PDF) is on its way to your inbox' + 'Send another enquiry'. Public PDF https://aviokan-staging.preview.emergentagent.com/brand/aviokan-company-profile.pdf verified 200 application/pdf 1065788 bytes (matches /app/backend/assets/Aviokan_Company_Profile.pdf byte-for-byte). Contact + home still render fine on 1920x1080.",

Delivery to the visitor's INBOX (vs Spam) cannot be verified from this environment because (a) the Azure app has Mail.Send only (403 on Mail.Read, cannot inspect SentItems) and (b) we don't own the recipient mailbox. The remaining fix is 100% a DNS/portal change (DKIM CNAMEs + Defender toggle) that the USER must do in GoDaddy + Microsoft 365 admin — documented in action_items. No code changes required.",
"rca of the issue": "Visitor reports non-delivery despite backend showing 202 Accepted. ROOT CAUSE: DKIM is not published for aviokan.com — selector1._domainkey.aviokan.com and selector2._domainkey.aviokan.com CNAMEs are missing. SPF (v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all) and DMARC (p=quarantine) are present, but DMARC with p=quarantine + missing DKIM = messages that pass SPF but fail DKIM-alignment get sent to recipient's junk folder (or quarantined entirely). Microsoft Graph's 202 Accepted only confirms the tenant accepted the message for processing — not that it reached the recipient's inbox. MITIGATION: (1) In Microsoft 365 Defender portal → Email & collaboration → Policies & rules → Threat policies → DKIM, select aviokan.com and publish the two CNAME records it displays into GoDaddy DNS, wait for propagation, then flip the DKIM toggle to Enabled. (2) Ask any affected visitor to check Spam/Junk and whitelist connect@aviokan.com. (3) Use Exchange Admin Center → Mail flow → Message trace to confirm delivery disposition per recipient. Code-side mitigations already shipped (retry, replyTo, personalized subjects, consistent PDF name) further reduce the probability of being flagged as bulk/suspicious."
